Door Creations Architectural doors utilize the geometry of arches and circles in design that gives a pleasing symmetry and unique shape. The unique look is complemented by the species used in the Architectural collection doors which include Oak, Mahogany and Knotty Alder with some designs offered pre-finished. The wood door custom pre-finishing is done by a 12-step Duralane 111 process resulting in a very tough and durable finish. Most of the Architectural wood doors are 8-0 (eight foot) tall at the top of the arch but some are offered shorter with out compromising the unique design. If height of the arch is not a concern, check out the 9750 Galaxy door. With the unique half circle transom added to the double door set, the top of the entry towers over eleven feet.
